Here at Reliance Premium we take pride in the quality of our products and the extensive testing that they are subject to prior to shipment. However, we recognize that situations arise where a module simply gives out through normal use and wear. We are here to ensure that you are backed up by our 1 YEAR WARRANTY.

In the event of a part failure, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution to your problem. Within the first 30 days, we offer a refund upon return of the product. For the remaining warranty period, Reliance Premium will resolve the situation through either a refund, repair, or exchange. If you would like to make a warranty claim please just give us a call. We always try to make the process as seamless and easy as possible.
